    Hey guys,

Just wanted to let you all know not to deal with this person Zerosleep also known as Aditya Shirodkar on these forums.

What happened was when he first joined these forums and had very few posts, I was buying the sig links of new members permanently since I didn't want to keep renewing the signature links forever after.

Now I approached him and asked him for three signature links and paid him a sum of $35 for that and his location spot too, he promptly agreed and put the sig links in place. Some months later, money began to get the better of him and he started begging me to remove at least one of the links, I didn't acknowledge this at first but later I said alright and told him to remove one of the links.

Now he had two spots to sell and two of my links were there. It was at this point of time that he bought some hosting from me, and used it for two months (He paid $45 for the year). The hosting went down some days ago and he asked for a refund, so I refunded him the complete amount. I didn't even ask him for the money of two months and I helped him put his site on the new hosting he got, and sent him all the SQL backups.

Now he began bugging me for help on his sites, which I had no obligation to do, but I told him that I will help him when I'd get time. So he started threatening me that he will remove the signature links if I didn't help him. I asked him if the signature was the sole source of his income and he needed the money to survive (No pun intended at all) and he replied with a yes.

I then proceeded to check out his posts in the BST section and you could see him making hundreds and thousands of dollars off link sales and wordpress theme sales. So I am very sure that the money of the signature links doesn't really matter for him. But its that GREED that got upon him.

Just today, my brother noticed that this FRAUD, CHEAT Scammer had removed my signature links from his signature without any notification of any kind. When I had bought them PERMANENTLY, why did he remove them? He had earlier asked me if he could give me a refund and I said NO, because it was my luck that I bought the signature links of a newb who went on to make 3000 posts, it could have been a loss for me if he stopped at 80-90 posts or such.

I was even nice to him and removed one of the signature links, didn't ask for the money for the two months of hosting, helped him whenever he wanted and was going to help him with his websites soon too, but this is what I got for being nice.

This person has also removed the signature link of the person who bought a lot of sig links in DP (His link was something like Want to make $1323.43 now? Click here to read more) the person bought the sig link off him for 1 year, but he removed it too.

So guys, beware of this pathetic Scammer.

It must hurt to keep those signatures when he can get $50+ from it :D but he must and should abide by the contract. I wish i was lucky with signatures like that :D

    Goodluck solving this

    When I told you that:

    - I DO NOT WANT THE REFUND
    - YOU BETTER NOT ISSUE ME THE REFUND
    - A REFUND IS NOT ACCEPTABLE BY ANY MEANS

Why in the hell did you do it? I am sending the money to your account again, restore the links ASAP. Also, make sure you never ever remove the signature links again.

Mitcharr: It won't go down too well for him if he stays his stance, thats for sure.
Jaree: THATS what I told him! Go buy someone else's signature links to compensate for what you did!
Kanwarjot: Well dude, thats what I thought of him too!

I'm sorry, but I definitely side with Zerosleep on this. It is his signature, and thus his service. He has every right to refund the money to you and remove the sig links. Of course you may not like it, but in my eyes Zerosleep has done nothing wrong.

That's just my two cents though.

A refund is what Zerosleep wants to give me right? Alright then a refund it is.

Assuming that I earned $30 per month by selling one of the signature links I rented on his signature to other people (or through link sales on my own websites that were linked from his signature) and assuming that Zerosleep would live on for another 50 years (Permanent signature link, thats what it was, sig link till death)

    I'd need:

    50 x 12 = 600 Months
    600 x 30 (Assuming he doesn't make even one more post) = USD $18,000

USD $18,000 is what I need from you Zerosleep, give that to me and I'll shut up, because thats what I'll need to get a sig link rented permanently to replace for what you have done, and OH thats just one link, I actually want:

    $18,000 x 2 (Since I rented TWO links) = $36,000 USD

Oh and I rented your location as well, lets say that goes for $4 a month.

    50 x 12 = 600 Months
600 x 4 (Assuming that he doesn't make even one more post, again) = $2400 USD

    $36,000 USD + $2,400 USD = USD $38,400

    ---

I'll round it off to $38,000 USD (Kudos to me) and this compensation amounts to what monetary loss I'll have suffered by the end of your life through this tactic of yours Zerosleep. So don't even think of questioning it.

I'm waiting for the compensation, Thank you very much.

I feel that your input is appreciated nonetheless. However, small transactions on DP are mostly based on trust and not contractual agreements.

Correctus, if it makes you feel any better, I'll give you my location and recent blog spot for three months or so. I'd give you one of my sig spots too, but they're all taken for now.
