    Why it that?

    It was actually only sold at 4-5 years revenue. Which is very cheap in the domain industry considering the branding power of this domain.

    Yes! It could reach #1 spot.. people can just randomly type it up (you know how some people are). VERY marketable too.. it's a huge industry, I'm not surprised that it was sold for so much.
