Well i think Zerosleep should give some compensation for this matter. As they both had a DEAL, if he go back upon his words it means he is not a good merchant or businessman. In this business one should be on his words wht he had with the other party. Well i m also aware of the fact that he is keeping his post counts at a considerable rates per day. so both of you should compensate each other. lol

I'm not taking it too far, I'm just speaking in the tone of the people in this thread who think that he could give a compensation and walk away with removing my links and its Right-on math by the way, proove me wrong and I'll cut my throat.

If he doesn't want (or can not) give the compensation, he can simply restore the signature links.

Technically Correctus you are right and if you guys had a permanent sig deal then thats how it should be but to be honest that really is too hard to swallow for anyone if you look at the value of DP sig. Honestly speaking if i was him i would do the same thing but it sure is unethical and NOT fair but i am pretty sure that is what most of us would if they were in this situation. Try working out something like links for another 3 months and refund or whatever works for both of you.

Yes, Maths is right, If Zero Agreed on a Perm link, then it should remain permanent, no matter what happens, or you too should come to some sort of agreement.

You can understand how pissed off I am right now at what he has done, and I just need my compensation OR the sig links restored.

I haven't even taken into account his daily posting rate and trends of the value of his sig links in the span of 50 years for my compensation (which would make a MUCH better estimate of compensation actually, much more accurate, and a much bigger one too, I'm sure Zerosleep wouldn't want me to do that)

Well now he stays in my locality and he is well known - as a selfish, greedy, person who has a lot of air around him..

When I met him first (while chatting) he helped me somewhat...referred me to DP...

Suddenly I dont know what happened, he must have started earning or what I dont know - He started to ignore me and stuff, started showing attitude..

The day I too started earning - there goes his attitude - begs me - asks me how I earned ( I had earned some quick $$ )

Then he was like good for some time - a month

I told him my idea about starting a website - he was Ok with it

I told him my idea (My biggest mistake in Life)

He went ahead and made the same site with someone else who gave him more $$ then I did in partership

The Site is now called - ALL WEIRD THINGS

When I asked him about it he told that he had to Study and had no time..

Afterwards he started to bug new members at DP - He asks new members not to post their offers but tell him to post it...He tells them they will get more price since he is reputed member here and then takes commission from them

The themes that he sells are not his - it is SEO_ADSENSE at this forum

Preetinder is another DP member - seo_adsense who is the actual owner of the themes - Zerosleep takes commission from him to do all that stuff and seo_adsense bumps and increases the price

Then You need to pay me the for the losses occured for the Hosting issuae (your crappu hosting) which made a huge loss for my site... I never asked u for the refund of the Hosting I wanted to continue then why did you refund me without notifying ...

SEO_ADSENSE and PREETINDER are one and the same person

Preetinder makes the themes, gives it to Zerosleep and Zerosleep sells them

Seo_adsense (Preetinder) then bumps it at a higher price

 

Zerosleep = Owned.

So this is turning out to be Zerosleep's disaster of a time.

All of Zerosleep's themes hint Preetinder Sodhi as the creator, its right that seo_adsense keeps bumping all his threads! I was also amazed when Zerosleep started putting out Wordpress themes, he doesn't even know the A-B-C of code. Thanks for the eye opener Swapnil.

I'm still waiting for the compensation/restoration of links btw. Oh and Zerosleep, how much did you lose in adsense for the days the hosting was down? $10? $30? $50? I will compensate you for that AS SOON AS I RECEIVE MY COMPENSATION.

Btw if you are forgetting this Zerosleep, you actually asked for the refund, you kept bugging me to send the money since you wanted to move to Bhateja's hosting.
