WARNING Polurnet.com Communications Anand Scam Cheat stay away

Polurnet.com Communications CIAN - I have got hosting with the scammers polurnet.com from around 1.5 years which has always downtime and they dont rectify any clients problems.
Always the live support is down you can check it out now too.

I had got a reseller account with them for the website &*^&^&*^&^& and one of my clients website which was down last week myclientssite.com so i checked my WHM and found since the clients website - myclientssite.com had ~100-300 uniques/day it used high SQL resources and is suspended for that.

I told my client instantly to move the site to his server as i cannot rely on these scammers.

I checked their site for live support which never turned ON and i made a review on web hosting jury which was published today, followed by POLURNET.com SCAM suspending all my sites.

A nice business this crap hosting company is planning to run,

Here is the email they sent me today after suspending my sites -

What will you do if a Hosting Company plays this way with your data and websites?
This website of mine was a directory with 200 average uniques/day and i never sent any email and used to check the web directory once a week

I have my own server and when i tried to move all the sites from this server to mine last week, there were again lot of bugs of not connecting etc so i delayed in moving.

 

This is strange. How could they do this without even giving any notification. And where is the proof that you did all those. I think they dont want to continue their business.

Hey did you right to them? So far as I know US law does not allow shutting down of account without notice. Also they are liable to return back your data.

 

they should have atleast emailed you, wtf company huh!

I have no idea, my mistake was i didnt take backups before posting a review about them.
and their phone is also not working at my end when i try to call

Damn it.... this is not fair amitpatel. I never heard of such stupid companies. Yes I know they block your account if payment is due and if there is any scam issue then they send you a 24 hour notice. I have received such notice before from my host (host for web) but never ever do they suspend without notice and that too permanent suspension huh.

You should pull them to the court. And before anything just ask them what proof do they have about such complains.

Did you try to send them email. It may be an act of some stupid staff out there and if you can draw the attention of management then it may help you.

How could you be with them for 1.5 years if they are so bad? This is a good example on that people should pull out of bad deals/hosting immediately.

 

Downtime for some time was ok for me as i was interested in C Class IP's hosting and since this was a diff host i was obviously getting Diff class IP's.
But a bad review got me lose everything

Iam yet to recieve a email from them regarding this , i have replied in their ticket, mailed at the companies email too.

anyways, amit, change your hosting, i have a friend of mine that do hosting and it was really too bad, so i shifted to godaddy! and i advice you the same, anyways, it is always better to make backup of the sites, and having said that, am starting my backups now!

Ouch!!!! I hope you read the TOS of the new web host/server provider!!! I hope GoDaddy doesn't have that kind of rule in their TOS!!

 

They are scammers because you didn't follow the rules??? Or am I missing something...

 

While I understand the hosting company's not wanting you to hog resources on a shared server, the way they went about it is backwards. I don't think they're scammers, I just think they're incompetent.

If I were you, I would send a demand letter stating the following:

1) Your account balance is up-to-date.
2) While they may own the servers, you own the intellectual property held on the server.
3) You expect immediate access to the server to remove your intellectual property, or they should provide someone from their company to do so.
4) They have 3 days to respond to your demand letter.
5) If they do not respond within 3 days, you will initiate litigation to retrieve what is rightfully yours.
6) Should they meet your demands, pull your review at WebHostingJury (since your website content is worth to you intact than gone!)

Be polite but firm. If you give them a way to exit the situation gracefully, maybe you can get your websites moved over to another hosting company.

Thanks for the heads up about a crappy company! (that's why I go almost exclusively dedicated)

 

It is surprising that an article directory or a web directory with 100-300 uniques would overload any server.
