Why not communicate better through email??

Phone does not allow documentation and is a waste of time when put on hold forever. :(

This is why e-mail grew in popularity.

I suspect because there are fraud and credibility issues, and being able to talk to someone on the phone goes a long way to avoiding those issues, where someone might just want to hide behind the anonymity of e-mail.

I certainly hope Azoogleads do NOT give out our keywords to other publishers - what the heck kind of policy is that, seriously?

Can anyone confirm the validity of the claim in this thread that affiliate managers at Azoogle give publishers lists of converting keywords etc?

I had to bump this out of importance - why create another thread about it.

    Azoogle evangelist, nice.

I really thought there'd be a referral link attached to that.

People people, this thread is from Sept 2006 - I only bumped it to ask if Azoogleads managers give out our keywords to other affiliates!

Can anyone confirm or deny this?

Azoogle does lots and lots of internal testing so they can best serve their affiliates both old and new. I am sure more than one affiliate manager has suggested keywords to clients to help get them going but I would bet that none of the information comes from affiliate(sub id data) keywords but instead comes from all their own internal testing and marketing.

I have nothing but excellent success with Azoogle's management, affiliate mangers, their website, etc. I would 100% whole heartily recommend them to anyone looking for another network to work with.

Most lead generation / affiliate sites offer keyword lists their affiliates can use. It isn't like another competitor could not find out what they are.

It's up to the affiliate on whether to use the terms to bid on in PPC campaigns.

Reps are paid a commission. The more you make with them the more they want to "help". Its just business.

Anyone? I can't seem to find any info on their site. And I'm not signed up with them yet, so it's not like I can go look for stuff to promote.

I find azoogle to be by far the least responsive aff network on the planet. We were doing big dollars with overture feed on ringtones and contacted them and they simply didn't respond EVER. So, lol, YAHOO! even has better customer service which is not good.

I have a small account there and they never pay, I asked why and they told me to mail the tax form to Canada. Did that and still nada.

The funniest part of all is I get a couple account reps there calling me to try to get me to promote them more, yet they have no idea I can't even get paid.

Azoogle is as good as ringtones. When theses companies go under because of fraud, or whatever, azoogle will be next to nothing.

Those are some harsh words, Azoogle is like the coolest company out there. Have you even tried to talk to your affiliate manager?
