I think that traffic and placement of the link matters more than PR of the site. A site with high traffic can give you better results in terms of the hits to your site.

 

seems rather low actually, make sure you have the PR verified. Look into it before you buy. They always so, if it's to good to be true, it most likely is. Good luck...

 

If your site traffic increases (whether through direct referral or search ranking improvements) causing you to make an additional $45+ per month, then yes. Otherwise no.

Without knowing the details, that seems on the surface to be a pretty good deal.

 

The price sounds very good if the content is relevant.

 

If you are looking to benefit from PR it is a great offer! However, when it comes down to link building US$45 per month can buy you more!

I personally think it is a good call if the contenet is relevent!

 

I would buy if

1) Sites have a similar topic.

2) Seller guarantees there is a reasonable limit to number of links that will be sold per page.

3) You and the seller are willing to maintain a long term commitment (at least a year), as Google seems to value long term links.

 

It looks like scam to me, look at the link popularity of each site, check the PR is real and ask them why the price is so low when they could ask $400/month from it...

 

To get a good PR you need to put in abit of work. There is nothing wrong with paid link but more importantly, are there people linking to you naturally?
One free way is to give comment to related blog and was mention countless of time in the forum.

Dirmania.org is a well known scammer. The owner of Buy/Sell links knows about him and heaps of Paid Directory owners.

There is even a looooong thread somewhere on DP about him just recently.
