I had two posts in this thread http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=205633 that i am 100% sure were following any and all rules of DP. They were deleted my admin or Mod. I am not here to start a fight but i would like to know what was the reason behind that? I did not get any infraction or anything but the posts were removed without any clarification and i once again stress that i am 100% sure there was nothing there against DP rules. It would be nice to know the reason if possible If "please" works
hmm that is weird i believe you but i don't drink Why am i so sure that i had 2 posts in that thread and i explained some stuff to him and now that same thread looks pretty different. He even replied to my post and said that he is a muslim scholar(thats what i talked about in his second thread) I am also sure that some of my posts were deleted yesterday but i ignored it but today while checking that thread i noticed my posts were not there... If you cant find it forget it then Thanks for your help though
I already did... I dont hang in that religion section anymore. That thread "I believe" was in GC and i posted and started my post "This should be in politics and religion section but anyway..." Then i reported it and it was moved to politics and religion. Confusing right
I Pmed that guy or girl Burujj1 and here is what he/she said The reason i am asking is that i "believe" that those posts were removed because of that Mod's personal belief and i dont think thats right but if i cannot get an answer that is 100% fine i know that you guys are not answerable to me so no worries
Is it a case of who you know here and not what you know perhaps? I posted in challenge to a directory script in the correct place and followed all the rules only to see my posts mysteriously dissapear but the other 'in' person got to keep his posts. I know this is a hugely popular forum but if its to maintain total credability it must be seen to be fair shouldn't it? Edit: Since been told I posted over someone else's topic, will watch my p's and q's from now in!
You never posted in that thread, so I don't know what to tell you... I can see posts that were deleted. That thread also was never moved (it's always been in Politics/Religion).
I see what's up... the thread was a duplicate thread (1 posted in GC and one in Politics/Religion), a moderator deleted the duplicate thread vs. merging them. Don't sorry man, no one is out to get you and delete your posts. The whole thread you were talking about was deleted (for being a misplaced duplicate). I undeleted and merged.
I understand and i am sorry for the hassle and for accusing anyone even though i did not name anyone and i can assure all of you i have nothing personal against someone here in DP (Except for 2 members which arent Mod's ) Thanks for your help Shawn i actually didnt expect you to go spend 20 minutes checking all that but thanks a lot
