To be honest - I wouldn't want to 'remove' bad comments, just make work on your current customer base to leave good feedback, Personally if it was me I would want to keep both good and bad - because at the end of the day people want to see the REAL you, not just the good if that makes sense?
Keep Your Customer Happy. Suppose If Any Client/ Customer has given bad reviews, Ask him/her for where is improvement required in your Business/ Services. Then after trying to remove your drawbacks. & Also request to the Client/ Customer for edit thier Review.

I dont think google will allow you to delete bad reviews because its public related and google show this types of information independently. You can contact customer only to know reason that why they submit bad review for your services or company. In online business you can not get 100% good review always because all people have his own thought ..... And many times i see that people say that your services are number number one (1) and so he express his best by give us 1 star We can not handle these types of things ...... we can manage only.
A way you remove bad reviews from your google profile the only way is you report all bad reviews from different different accounts google knows that is violated and google remove this bad reviews.

Google can block your id but bad reviews will not delete any more ....... If bad reviews is fake and you are sure then may be Google will consider to remove them if you describe all things briefly.
