    If you deleted an email you can recover it only within 7 days. After that it's gone for good.

    I see. I didnt delete it. I havent logged into it for a year or so and I forgot the password for it, is there a time frame it gets delete if not in use?

    I believe it's the same. If they deleted all your mail because you didn't log in for a year, I believe you have a week to ask them to recover all your deleted mail. After that it's gone.
