maybe admin wanna sell this forum,.. so shawn leave this forum ... and wondering how much admin will sell it.. (got error also here...
It's already been explained here: https://forums.digitalpoint.com/threads/error-connecting-to-digitalpoint.2736802/#post-19065582
Think it's time to dump CloudFlare. The site continually times out and is slow as hell. Never had this issue before implementing CF.
I suppose that it is the ultimate compliment to a free forum like DP to have users complaining and demanding a quick fix when problems inevitably arise.
There is a difference between real resident of DigitalPoint and the one whom only use this forum. I believe they would be able to feel the pain seeing this forum having slowdown and connectivity issues if they really respect it. Update: I no longer experience some connectivity issues such as: Error 503 (look my previous post in this thread) Ajax notification error (Fatal Error - ZendOpcache) Error related with JavaScript console. I think the staffs already did great job trying to solve the problem. Some information which may useful for staffs/mods: I still experience slow loading (rarely happen - It appears server didn't fully complete the request) and, Sometimes it looks like server didn't response or have long queue to serve the requests (refreshing page seems working fine). Actually The speed to load a page in DigitalPoint is still very fast once the server fully response the requests. In conclusion, Its already getting better now. ARICK
Thank you all for discussion. I'm happy with loading speed and I suppose that most of the issues are resolved now. Thanks Staff
Thanks for the link malky but the post is about errors & here the issue is slow down. Agreed with you but not fully, Now not getting any errors but still dp is very slow. to the mods - there is some glitch or something problem with new/edited code due to which DP isn't using all resources of server or may be getting too many queries so which makes current resources ineligible to respond fast.
pages taking up to 10 secs to loads marketplace very very slow i have ipconfig/flushdns and also f5 and same
you check this slow your connection or site generation ? check with firebug or etc what your response site time.
admins, why the hell give me a warning for double posting? when i posted this, after 20 secs it said timedout and could not posted on waking up, i see was not posted and re posted , not my frault, your site,
I think you'll find the warning was for posting a duplicate thread, that's why your thread was merged with this one.
