No, it comes under "spam service". Report any that you see. Reference: https://forums.digitalpoint.com/threads/allowed-or-not-quick-reference.1112065/
Above user Jin Well is himself a scammer. For more see this: https://forums.digitalpoint.com/threads/scammer-alert-user-jin-well.2700064/ and https://forums.digitalpoint.com/thr...inks-45-with-discounts.2695236/#post-18830519 and https://forums.digitalpoint.com/thr...bmissions-pr-2-to-pr-6.2697412/#post-18835709
I also suspect @Jin Well should have asked for the initial likes (except for the one from @ryan_uk ). She got all the 3 likes so quickly and she started all the BST threads and never got any likes at the earlier pace. I wanted to report it earlier but this is just my suspicion and I do not have any proofs to substantiate this.
is there any way to permanently ban these kind of scammers. DP should also take some sort of measure to reduce these kind of scamming.
Mods/Admin cannot help us on the transaction which happened outside DP. However, now I will report the "likes" received by him/her. If moderators find it suspicious, they can remove it and downgrade the status from "established" member.
I feel a great deal of shame for having "liked" a scammer (albeit their post) and this has been rectified. Do you mean web 2.0? This has been alive and kicking with spammers/black hats and will continue to whilst they bury their head in the sand.
