I have bought a website from dhwani.parmar on digitalpoint but also known as keyur parmar.Whom uses (his paypal account too). He has scammed me and when I gave him a negative itrader, he gave me one back. Now I am left with a less than 100% with no fault of my own except be stupid enough to purchase from this guy. At first I trusted him due to his itrader which now I realized are mostly made up of only itraders from article selling...virtually none from selling websites. Should of known. Now I bought the site under the premises that he guarantees ranking on google and also the income for 6 months. Within 1 month the revenue drops from $30 to $24 and by the third month the revenue is 1/3 of the original. Within 4 month while the revenue is non existant…$3.86. Since the website is offered so high I ask him if he could guarantee me the earnings for a while as many scammers sell their site with fake revenue: http://www.brandedwatches.org/images/buy1digitalpoint.jpg Second image shows him agreeing if I buy at BIN (buy it now) price he will manage the site for 6 months for free and making sure traffic increases and more keywords ranked. I kept emailing him over and over again with no response. So he offers to build me a complete new site to rebuild my revenue. You might ask why does he not do SEO and rank up the site again? So I wait. Now he doesn’t bother replying to my emails or even give me updates. http://www.brandedwatches.org/images/chat3digitalpoint.jpg Now the final is that he offers to recoup my investments by adding my adsense id in his ads and letting me earn off his site until I earn back my investment ($412 CAD). I agree to this obviously as I want to get this done with and recoup my investment and not deal with this feller again . http://www.brandedwatches.org/images/chat4.jpg However, he is not a man of his words he does not implement my adsense id nor does he build the “new site†to recoup my investments. He instead just ignores my emails. My countless emails to him are ignored. I have told him I would file a complaint on paypal if he does not fix the issue however he pretends I do not exist. If you need further proof please let me know. I feel like this is a lot of proof already. Sorry about going through so much evidence. In conclusion, this seller promised to keep and increase the revenue constant for 6 months and keep the ranking while even ranking even more keywords. His deceitful lie made me purchase it at BIN(Buy it now) price which was even higher than all the other offers he got. His promise/guarantee was not kept and I gave him enough time to fix the issue (over 2 months). In the very end he did not fix my issue but kept lying about more solutions he would do. If anyone wonders why I did not try to rank it myself after I bought or anything it is because I paid "BIN PRICE" to make sure the SEO is taken care of by him and ranking and revenue stay the same for six month (which he said he promise it will even increase Screenshot above). I run many sites and this is the main thing I asked so I do not need to dedicate any time till after six month.
I have read that but I got a negative itrader even though I did follow the rules when I purchased it. He gave me a negative itrader to "get back at me" for the honest rating I gave him. I did buy the site on digitalpoint but he never followed the agreement we set out and instead when he failed to do so and I left him a negative itrader I got one back too. I would just like the negative itrader I got from him removed as it was not a honest one. I will deal with this business dispute by myself after reading that FAQ. However, I would like to still have my negative itrader removed from him as the evidence points to his wrongdoings not mine. Thanks for the reply.

If I were you I would not have posted this in DP's suggestion and feedback section. I would have posted it in the thread here http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2482460 where the sale was going on.
