Tracking Problems & Compensation

So today one of the offers that I'm promoting apparently stopped tracking conversions.

Yesterday I converted 11:188 with this sponsor and today it's 1:164.

I emailed my Aff. manager and he confirmed the problem. I suspect 2 other similar offers are affected (sent a follow up email, waiting for reply).

From the earlier threads, this has happened before with other sponsors... so has anyone gotten compensation for lost sales in this situation? Obviously this has cost me money.

It's obvious that their tracking system is not tracking correctly on some offers, but they don't seem to be doing nothing about it. Like getting clicks from offers that I'm not promoting, etc. I've emailed Alex and my affiliate manager Moufid, but they've told me everything is going fine. So what do you do? Probably change the affiliate company and promote their offers.

So many people have reported that their conversions are down, but I guess Azoogle simply does not care.

I gotta say I am pretty pissed off today and am ready to shut everything down. There is no way this eCPC for Ringtones can be possible (3 cent average EPC!!):

    Same here
    I do about 10-15 every day. Now it's been 2 days I'm at 1-2.

Ecpc went from ~.50-80 to .15

If you are getting hits for offers that you are not promoting you should check the sub-ids. It seems to me that they're redirecting foreign traffic away from offers that you're promoting (to other international offers) because the offers that you're promoting probably don't allow foreign traffic.

Don't get me wrong I love azoogle. My first Month(waiting on da first check) was a great increase from CJ but i think something is up with the tracking, maybe if we all ban together we can get a change or at least a real answer.

If any of you were running RockinRinger, AZ is aware of the issue. Their announcement states that they will redirect to Mobile Sidewalk until RockinRinger is fixed.

I'm not running ringtone offers, but noticed the same dip in conversions for the same 2 day period. Also, I have not been reimbursed yet for a known issue I made public and that Azoogle admitted was a problem. (http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=178106)

I think it is just they are still having issues with the system. Bring it up to your am and let them deal with it. If they dont fix it to you liking look to other networks. While Azoogle does have the ringtoen market cornered other affiliates do have ringtones offers and they convert also.... So be patient with them but don't just whine about it cause if there really is that big of issue and enough people leave azoogle to other affiliates they will take notice ( i think they already have) just some fixes arent instant... Again this is only my specualation as i JUSt got changed over to 2.0 MY EPC is down but it could just be an off day... plus i haven't converted any of my links to 2.0 YET.

Yea, I hate whining too, but was just answering the questions of the original post and giving some feedback. I'm running all 2.0 links and I think most offers are tracking correctly.

Cloaking the new links can be tricky as each offer is using it's own hash variable instead of the old i=xxxxx method.

I still have faith in Azoogle and just see these things as transistion pains. My maxbounty offers are still converting better when testing vs. azoogle.

I am glad to see it's not only us that saw a major drop. I am sure Azoogle will take care of this problem immediately.
