    Hi Guys,

Can anyone share any Azoogle offers that you have found are actually tracking properly in Azoogle 2.0???

I have had to stop all azoogle campaigns. Today I was talking to my rep and the 2 main campaigns I was promoting are not tracking properly at all. So I had to pulled them out. He hasn't come back to me yet with any offers that are actually working... could you guys recommend any that are actually tracking OK?

    Cheers

My campaigns are not tracking the same either, I can tell you to stay away from their dating sites for now.

Can you tell us what sites you were promoting, so we can avoid?

I just put $200 into a campaign with 1500+ hits and 0 leads.... The rep tells me, "oops, we just found out this offer isn't tracking correctly, we'll check into it... We recommend you stop running the offer until we figure it out"

Total BS, get the 2.0 sh&* figured out now or I move more biz to MaxBounty!

    Hey guys,

Can you email me the links you are using as well as your affiliate IDs to ? Also, please send any supporting information to your claims such as your conversions from 1.0 and from 2.0...

I'll be happy to look into it.

    Thanks.
    Alex

Actually, I think you all may be right. I started promoting a recent offer where I sent close to 600 hundred visitors but only around 100 was counted.

Yes, I am a bit worried. I do have faith that Azoogle will fix these recent problems.

I am patient and I know sometimes these things happen when upgrading to a better system.

So glad for the info! I was about to switch my AffiliateFuel ads with azoogle ads. I guess I should go ahead and wait for a few days in order to give azoogle a change to integrate this 2.0. I'm new so I don't know any different.

Do you think that will make a difference? Being new to azoogle, I mean?

int_josh, I would definitely try MaxBounty. I tested by alternating exact offers from both companies and I noticed twice the EPC with MB.

There are things I like about Azoogle over MB (creatives are way better), but if the same offer is running at MB, I'll pick their offer.

Yes both have there pluses... i think this change over has been giving some publishers a bad taste in their mouth .... but i am sure they will work things out... but if you are having issues maxbounty is definitely worth a shot as i have used them for over a year and love em.

    Hey guys,

We know what the problem is, and we are making a fix to it right now. Here is what was posted in our ALERTS section for several days already, in case you missed it. This was a design oversight on our part and I'll take full responsibility for it. There is no "tracking" issue at all.

If you feel that you used the wrong link, please contact me and let me know exactly what you ran and how much traffic you sent and which link you used, and I'll credit you accordingly.

(By the way, I asked to have affiliates contact me, and not one reached out yet).

We have been alerted that some publishers are picking up WRONG LINKS for offers.

When you are viewing an offer, the "Landing Page" link that is visible at the top is a SAMPLE LINK which is NOT linked to your affiliate ID. In order to retrieve your actual link, make sure you look at the bottom of the page where the "Tracking URL" is visible. (WITHIN SEARCH PROMOTION TYPE)

The TRACKING URL is the link you need to use in order to track sales to your account. We will be making a change to the interface soon to prevent this from happening.

    Thanks - Alex Zhardanovsly - Co-Founder/Azoogle

Alex, I'm using the links provided in the 'Get Code' section, and they are recording correctly in my account as Clicks. The offer I was referring to above is #3178 and Jessica is looking into it for me.

She admitted there is a problem tracking the leads on this new offer. She said Azoogle is showing thousands of clicks, but 0 leads paid out to publishers. This makes me wonder how many other offers are screwed up like this one.

I know the pains of transitioning to 2.0 are temporary, but please make sure we are compensated fairly during the process.

I think ALL of you should pause with ringtones, and right after all is back to normal, i will post it here, but it can take some weeks or months.

Just stop advertising NOW, try other offers and wait until i tell you guys to come back to ringtone market...

    dealasite,

If an offer is tracking clicks and not leads, this isn't a 2.0 problem, the advertiser just doesn't have our pixel on the confirmation page. This would affect 1.0 and 2.0 and anyone else you could possibly be working with (if there is no pixel, no one can track :) ).

We'll have that situation fixed, but in cases like that it is usually in the advertiser's hands to place the pixel, and sometimes they are VERRRRRRRYYYYYYYYYYYYY SLOW.

So i could start an campaign with azoogle, let my affiliates rake the traffic in, but don't place an pixel and don't have to pay? Oo Isn't this one of the things an NETWORK should take care off, BEFORE an campaign goes live?! Sorry but this sounds really strange to me...

There are definetly issues in 2.0...

As example since i'm on 2.0 my tracking doesnt work properly like before, 1/3 - 1/4 of all my leads dont show me where the sale came from... So theres no subid for me to look at, OR the subid is shortened by azoogle so i can only see the first word and not the whole trackingstring...

When an advertiser is launched on Azoogle, all the tracking is tested. Sometimes (although very rarely), an advertiser inadvertently removes the pixel (most often on error). Once this happens, we ensure that they pay for all the leads that were generated while the tracking wasn't working and we then distribute those leads to affiliates.

This isn't the first or the last time something like that will happen and happens with EVERY network.

Although I think there are problem with Azoogle...they are still better than 99.9% of other similar companies. Plus they are honest about it.

    Thanks Alex.

I've got to chime in that I have not had any issues with 2.0 tracking. My numbers are consistent since I switched over about 2 weeks ago.

Everything is back to normal again. My rep helped me through some issues, and apart from the time delays and the initial issues with 2.0 (which it now seems have been fixed), I was also using the wrong tracking URLs :( ... So it is all good again... thanks to all!! :)
