Selling Site with Rare Ranked Aged Domain, with Traffic & Revenue

I'm in the process of getting rid of all my sites as my real job has prevented me from running these over the past year.

WordpressDB is a site that sells ready made wordpress databases to be installed. The domain itself is valued at $750 at last valuation, however I was offered $2.5K a year and a half ago. The site still ranks high for "wordpress databases" and a few others. The traffic is quite a bit, but due to my lack of efforts doesn't convert as well as it used to.

The site was purchased here many moons ago (http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1394215), and did produce quite a bit of revenue for a while. Then I stopped maintaining it (as my work responsibilities grew), and revenue dropped. It still makes sales about once per month, but is need of love and repair.

The databases are newer, but still old (2.8 or 3.0, I forget which), and the automated sales link is still broken...mainly for paypal digital theft prevention. Manual distribution requires e-mail communication and confirmation of their purchase.

Is there a demo for all the database .. i dont see any link for the demo sites

 

On the left of the home page there are links for to demo each site, under "Demo Blogs".

They should all work. What you see is what you get. If I had the time, I would have redesigned it to be more user friendly and look better.

Have to be careful with zero post and feedback members. A lot of people open up "burn" accounts specifically to fraud other forum members...
