    I never heard that if payment reversed then your company charge me the service fees which your company already taken when I got payment

    I need a support from because Your e-mail response is totally time waster .

    Paypal is far far better than this processor

    5.2 Chargebacks And Associated Fees

    Chargebacks, returns and reversals may lead to immediate account termination and/or a $25 penalty fee. Furthermore, in the event of a chargeback or reversal, any AlertPay fees (such as "receiving" fees) will not be refunded.

    Chargeback cost 25$ quite high

    but if someone send me legitimate fund and due to limitation if that fund reversed then why should I pay service fees for this ??
    This is not cheating this is cheating people .

    Alertpay deduct service fees from me and now i dont know how to resolve this .

    I am from india i cant add funds via bank or cc and via wire will take 60$ service charge so its quite useless .


    Chrisz@AlertPay i hope u will see my ticket ID And as very good seller u will consider my problem and refund me that service fees .

    I am having problems in adding Bank account to my Alertpay account.When I try to add my bank account,it says invalid bank account but my bank account is proper and valid.

    Can you please help to solve this issue?

    Well, what do you actually expect form this guy? He doesn't even properly respond to the questions asked in this thread. On this issue he is going to say stuff like they closed his account for security reason blah blah blah. Alertpay has grown rapidly since its inception and surely they are not a scam. But they are closing accounts on a random blow.

    All of the payment processors close accounts for a little or no reason but alertpay is on top. The worst thing is that they are backed by there TOS. They have horrible TOS. You can read some of that on a post above. And the support guy didn;t even bother to respond to that issue.

    We want to take this opportunity to explain a few of the changes that have been happening at AlertPay.

    At the moment we are asking members to withdraw funds by either Bank Wire or Bank Transfer. We apologise for the inconvenience as we know that these options are not ideal for all of our members however we are working diligently to restore our other withdrawal services as quickly as possible. With regards to the issue facing check withdrawals, we are currently holding off on sending out new checks. We should be restoring our credit/debit card withdrawal feature at the same time as check withdrawals as the same issues are at play in both situations.

    Please note that the reason for this disruption of service is due to us upgrading and expanding our service offerings. We are in the process of trying to include more countries and new features so that we can offer our clients an even better experience while using our services. Along the way we are experiencing some service impacts, and for this we apologise. The need to implement theses changes is a result of our rapidly growing customer base and to ensure we are in a position to handle even more members in the future.

    In terms of security, we continue to use McAffe security and have now added GeoTrust as our SSL certification partner. We apologise for any confusion.

    Credit Card withdrawals are currently suspended as we upgrade our services.

    In terms of the AlertPay Debit Card we are still testing the features of the card and are planning on releasing it to all our members in the near future.
