That's not true. As spdude says, he has paid 20x. I often pay 18x (as my previous WTB threads will demonstrate) and for exceptional sites I've even paid lots more than 18x. But, my definition of exceptional probably differs from what many here may believe. Going by the titles used by many sellers in this forum boasting "fantastic", "awesome", "old", "massive", "huge" ... many are obviously very easily impressed with their own rubbish. If your site is really good you'll take the time and trouble to provide a detailed (and articulate) explanation of why. And PM the more discerning buyers and/or start a thread.

And if you're one of those sellers selling rubbish.... tough! I'm borderline three greens, go ahead and take me down to two but I tell it like it is.

$500 a month is peanuts. A lot of people here have sites earning more than that. I've even bought some of them.

$500 a month is nothing. And I am willing to pay more for established websites with proof of income for the last 3 - 6 months.
It just depends on the website.
