I dont know what happened to you, but for the last few months I am with VirPus and have no problems.
I did not have any downtime till now.. Last month happened 1-2 hour downtime due to some maintenance..

I actually went with VirPus because I get free DA with very low price...

Virpus, can you check the ticket I opened on Date: 10/09/2010 03:29.
It would really be appreciated. I know it is only 5 days, but almost 7 days, a week.
I don't know if you respond to tickets in 7 days, but it seems that way.
I really would appreciate if you take your time to help me.
As first impression of host is important right now, I am having a really horrible first impression, I don't really want to order now, but am willing to give you a chance to explain the reason why your taking so long to answer a simple yes or no question. I opened a ticket 7 days ago and still no answered, and just recently they deleted without answering.
I have google mail and can provide screenshots and mail server ip to prove the ticket did exist.
