Why I get a low search ranking?

My site is a PR4 site, alexa 260,000, and has more than 4000 backlinks, and my target keyword density is enough... however, use "YouTube music" keyword to search on google, my site is at 11 position, but the 10 position is downloadyoutubemusic.com, which has 41 backlinks only, alexa 2,012,000 and only PR1 site..

I dont know why my site appear below that site... Could you please tell me how to make my site higher on "YouTube music" keyword search rankings?

Nothing personal but rookie backlinking most likely. If its offered in the services section you can 9 out of ten times know the methodology is complete crap. This ranges from linkwheels to blog commenting, that is not SEO or marketing.

your site is at 7 place while i searched it from india,site ranking varies every time google spiders crawl the web

 

Depend upon backlink,popularity, PR, age of domain.

 

the quality of backlink really matters ..

 

The reason i think is the domain name. The search volume of the keyword with your competitor domain name is much higher than that of yours. Both of you are serving the same niche but yet his domain name is more relevant or we can say more search-able in Google than yours

And plus please check the quality of backlinks in your site.

 

hey you are looking just towards the quantity of the backlinks,whereas you need to maintain the quality too.Therefore,it would be much better if you start submitting unique contents,article marketing,blog commenting and social bookmarking.It will help you to increase your SERP's.

 

1) i am surprised you get as high as 11th position for such a popular term, this is pretty good!
2) downloadyoutubemusic.com has "youtube" in it (this is not a suggestion you to have the branded keyword in your domain name), thus higher ranking
3) they might have more backlinks than you do with youtube keyword in the link tag, thus higher ranking

 

You better check out the quality of the backlinks

 

Ranking is depends on many factors, may you are lagging many of them with your competitor sites such as domain age etc..

 

i think domain age and site keyword density may be help you competitor for good rank. I dont know exactly but may be this is factor.( it is my own view)

 

Yes we have the same thought.. It has a big impact about the domain name.. BTW do your site has a relevant backlinks from 4000??? or none of them are relevant.. That case it can also effect the ranking of your website.,

Quality backlinks really matter and not quantity, so you should focus more on building quality backlinks to your site.

 

the number of backlinks dosnt mean anything its how high the PR are. For now just get as much links as you can!

 

Do Article sub.link exchange and forums commenting on daily base.defiantly u will get good ranking.

 

High SERP depends on quality back links. increase quality links to your site through different SEO sources.
