hello friends , My client paid me 600$ for some work in paypal but after taking delivery he filed the dispute.I have verified my paypal with my bank account and my bank account is on sbi.So paypal will charge back that money from my bank account , and can i close my paypal account.Plz help me. thxxxxxxxxxx
If you have already transferred funds from your pp to your bank account then don't worry as pp can't take back funds from your indian bank account though they make your pp balance negative. I suggest you to provide them (paypal) details regarding this transaction. DON.
if he filled chargeback then only, but if he has opened only paypal dispute, and you have no balance in your account then paypal cant do anything.
If you are yet to receive the money in your bank account... then they can surely cancel the withdrawal request and adjust these funds against the shortfall. But if the money is already credited in your bank account, they will not be able to debit your bank account for it. Regards, RightMan
if you have setuped direct debit in your account,then paypal will charge you if you lose the case,but if your account is on normal bank account,and you dont have funds,then your are safe
