Verify PayPal account in England

Hi everyone,Can I open a PayPal account in England and verify it by vcc(vitual credit card) or credit card? or it needs to be verified by banking account?

 

Yes ,why not?You'd better use CC or bank account to verify your paypal...

Yes,you can use bank account to verify your paypal again

 

you can verify by one :bank account,Vcc or Credit card because verifying with Vcc is dangerous because when Paypal limits your account verified by VCC,then you will be in a major problem so it is safe and better to verify by bank account or credit card.

 

if verified by bank account anyone hacks in to your paypal account they will drainnnnnnnnnn your whole bank account mate

 

I dont think even if somone get your paypal details they can get the account details of bank{ only 4diigts of bank acc. are shown}

Yes, I thinks It's not that easy to access your bank account once your PayPal is hacked.

 

I emailed them and they told me that the only way to verify UK PayPal is to add a bank account.
