unique content site i mean. not unique domain.
just a site that can be accepted for adsense is enough. (not a copied content from other site)

 

I think if you hire a writer to write unique articles for you then you will be easily charged more then that for a article. I think you should increase price to atleast 30-40USD.

6. get accepted
7. make money with your 8$ investment on the unique ,probably micro niche site
