Never used them again after "server crash" At first Kevin said that my uploads are deleted because they are of licensed materials, I countered that not only my files but ALL B&F links on the net is dead then he said it's because "server crash", ALL my files are gone, points got reset, Tens of GIGS just lost like that, tens of thousands points just went to hell like that Never want to use them again, it was a real pain in the ass to reupload all of them again really, to other file server of course
Well kevin is cool I talked to him & he doubled premium payment from $2 to $4 pre 1000 downloads so that has got to say something about BF

It's not bad at all actually, before, I can generate 2000+ downloads a day in B&F everything's cool if only u don't have ALL your files deleted for silly reason & ALL your points became 0.

Hello all, This is an open apology to all BigandFree.com users who have had a bad experience. I want to explain my side of the story now. I bought bigandfree.com at auction in late December 2009, not knowing the business at all and not even expecting to win the auction with the bid I placed. Here are the problems that quickly developed, believe it or not: 1. I had to move the site to new servers at a new data center, since the old data center was closing. Because of this and the time crunch, we were not done in time and the site lost file upload/download ability for two weeks. Basically, the site was down except for the home page. 2. The old data center turned off the old servers before the file transfer was finished, so about 10TB of data was lost. 3. Once the new servers were finally working, the internet cards were the wrong ones, so bandwidth was restricted and downloads were really slow for another two weeks. The data center had to order the GBIC cards 4 times before they got the right ones. 4. Right after the bandwidth finally was fixed the new file server crashed, twice, and despite having a new fancy RAID system, we lost another 5-6TB of data. 5. The previous owners ran a big bonus program in late 2009, giving 7X points I believe, but the details about having to redeem by Dec 31st to get paid were missed by almost everyone. When I got the site everyone was asking for their money and I didn't feel I should pay for any points earned for the previous owners. 6. I referred all the payoff requests to the previous owners. I also said some things in emails I shouldn't have, and offended some people over this point situation. I realize now I should have just paid the money and taken the loss. So, there it is. I am not scamming anyone. I am just trying to learn a new business, deal with some really bad luck, and hopefully learn from my mistakes. Again, I apologize for the screwups and errors. If you have old points that were not paid, let me know, we can work something out. The system servers have been stable for several weeks now, the file storage server has been reconfigured to work properly and avoid data loss. There are still problems with the remote upload, but that should be fixed this week. We have just launched a new rewards program and soon you will see that people are getting paid promptly. Hmm you know I sent you an email regarding the rewards when you initially took BF. This is what you said. I was really dissapointed. I lost all the rewards + all my files were deleted. You never responded to me properly. Anyhow You are here and u accepted your mistake. If you can give back my old points or rewards, many be I can continue working again with you. I lost nearly 44k bonus points and 100$
That's nearly impossible........... Imagine u bought a house from someone, then suddenly some hundreds people barge in to your house and demand u to pay some hundreds dollars for each person which is the debt of the previous owner.......... now, the problem is : 1. I don't think the new owner would have the capability to pay that debt 2. Even if he does pay, that would cost his entire fortune and B&F would finally dead for sure, and that means Kevin bought B&F for naught, maybe only to throw his money in the gutter and his salvation is : 1. I don't think that debt is inherited, if that is so, then Kevin would actually be the one getting SCAMMED most 2. Kevin should have stated in the first place that he has no intention nor responsibility to pay for old management's ridiculous reward system, rather than using out of place excuses that no one would believe
. Come on man !! Yesterday or April 15 I upgrade my account to Premium for 6 month more with my old points. And still I have 109949 points and I stop upload files around first days of January. .

It seems that u only get money if premium members download your files....... I already sent an email for Kevin and currently waiting for the reply........
47 downloads is not gonna give you any thing you need to be a premium members & have earned $50 to request payment
