I have pays from Big & Free. But, in January 5 or 6 I request other payment and they sent this. So, I reply with my data. Never they send the payment. Ok, the site was fixing up. But never they sent any e-mail explaining about this. Is the correct thing, no? Now , on Monday 1, almost one month later and with BigandFree running I request again. Today. Friday 5, They did not even send the e-mail ( 2 days ) previous to the payment. So, WHAT THE HELL ?! Because already it is not a moment to explain anything, ordering e-mails, etc. Now it is the moment of which they pay. Please comment your experience. .
They got a new owner and the now they have changed so many things and I even asked about the reward points and this is the reply I got from them. BIG SCAMMERS

No man, wait nothing. Any responses from they. "Yeah, I am doing changes in my site, owe money to you but I do not notify you of anything because the desire is given me " There is another way of interpreting the position that they assumed? .

Hello all, This is an open apology to all BigandFree.com users who have had a bad experience. I want to explain my side of the story now. I bought bigandfree.com at auction in late December 2009, not knowing the business at all and not even expecting to win the auction with the bid I placed. Here are the problems that quickly developed, believe it or not: 1. I had to move the site to new servers at a new data center, since the old data center was closing. Because of this and the time crunch, we were not done in time and the site lost file upload/download ability for two weeks. Basically, the site was down except for the home page. 2. The old data center turned off the old servers before the file transfer was finished, so about 10TB of data was lost. 3. Once the new servers were finally working, the internet cards were the wrong ones, so bandwidth was restricted and downloads were really slow for another two weeks. The data center had to order the GBIC cards 4 times before they got the right ones. 4. Right after the bandwidth finally was fixed the new file server crashed, twice, and despite having a new fancy RAID system, we lost another 5-6TB of data. 5. The previous owners ran a big bonus program in late 2009, giving 7X points I believe, but the details about having to redeem by Dec 31st to get paid were missed by almost everyone. When I got the site everyone was asking for their money and I didn't feel I should pay for any points earned for the previous owners. 6. I referred all the payoff requests to the previous owners. I also said some things in emails I shouldn't have, and offended some people over this point situation. I realize now I should have just paid the money and taken the loss. So, there it is. I am not scamming anyone. I am just trying to learn a new business, deal with some really bad luck, and hopefully learn from my mistakes. Again, I apologize for the screwups and errors. If you have old points that were not paid, let me know, we can work something out. The system servers have been stable for several weeks now, the file storage server has been reconfigured to work properly and avoid data loss. There are still problems with the remote upload, but that should be fixed this week. We have just launched a new rewards program and soon you will see that people are getting paid promptly. BF is not a scam just wait if you get payed a week to 10 days that is not that bad other file host like storage.to took like 3 to 4 1/2 month to pay alot people now they do not even pay all I can say is just wait 2 weeks if no pay let us know Owner of BF took time to post here that has got to say alot that he is trying to make things better. The owner of storage.to when they stoped payin everyone did this person come here and post anything no so BF use it again atleast you know if you have any problems Kevin will try to help you out if he can
If Kevin pays money for the debt generated by old owner of B&F then he would definitely enter "Suicide Mission" mode, that must be worth like what, tens of thousands dollars? U've got to bear with free premiums or else go sue the old owner......
