I am just curious to ask this. Last year I have contacted Google adsense team over e-mail on a couple of occasion and got reply in two days time. But now I just asked a question and its been over 1 week and no replies. Just wondering if you get proper e-mail support from Google Adsense Team. Thanks SEO Maven
I've found it all depends on what you are asking them. Varies on replies. Sometimes its been hours, sometimes a couple of weeks. Generally a few days (2-3) though.
This is not directed at the OP since he/she appears to have a pretty good grasp of sentence structure and punctuation but if the question sent to Google Adsense is constructed in a form and style that is similar to about 98.3% of the questions asked here on DP, it's no small wonder they are ignored!
Still waiting for a human being to respond to my numerous requests for information regarding my AdSense account from October 2008. AdSense "service" is bar none the worst in the affiliate marketing business. Frank
The program is probably also one of the biggest and look at the number of tools in here trying to get away with pretty much everything under the sun. The Adsense team is not that big and having to deal with the increasing number of issues taxes their resources to no end.
If that were the case I'd say "hire more people." On the contrary, Google cut its staff (as I was curtly informed in an auto-generated response back in '08) despite the fact that they are swimming in cash, a huge portion of which comes from the efforts of AdSense publishers. Back in '08 they suspended my account due to needing "phone verification" despite the fact that I'd had the account for years at the time and never had a problem, and I was pretty sure it had been phone verified, but I had since gotten married and changed phone numbers, so maybe that was the cause. That was my thinking at the time, and for a month or so I was dumb enough to play along and actually try to fix the problem which Google insisted my account had. The trouble I had was that the process described in the e-mail they sent me did not work, I never got a response to any inquiries, and as far as I could tell at the time there were numerous people circulating at the AdSense "support" [sic] forum and elsewhere with the same problem. To me this is suggestive of an obvious computer error or something along those lines -- numerous publishers all having the same issue, no ability to fix it by following the automated directions, and no response to one after another attempt to contact Google (I even mentioned it here at DP way back when.) It's a done issue as far as I'm concerned -- I simply took my small but performing network of sites that were making money off of AdSense somewhere else. But it sucks that publishers can just get run off like that. I honestly don't think I've ever had a worse online support experience than mine with AdSense. Trying to get through the "support" messages I received was like something out of a Kafka story -- their instructions in the e-mail and on the site contradicted one another, and in my AdSense account *neither* seemed to be correct. But every time I tried to initiate contact I was back in the same loop, getting the same messages. I stayed at it for a month and never found even a single live person who could/would talk to me, let alone actually help me. Frank
