    Ok this is kind of like one of those chain threads except I would hope more usefull, heres what we do, share a tip about adsense or adsense blending that wasn't posted in the thread already I figure we can come up with a helpfull list quite quickly...

    Ill start it off... ;)

    Placement:
    Make the color of the text and links the same, and then use the same color on all the text in the adsense, in borderless ad. This really makes adsense blend in ;)

    Use section targeting to emphasize some content in your page. On your site, place this code where you want to emphasize.

    <!-- google_ad_section_start -->
    Content you want to emphasize.
    <!-- google_ad_section_end -->

    If you want some content to be ignored, use

    <!-- google_ad_section_start(weight=ignore) -->
    Code (markup):

    Pretty basic but I bet many people do it, don't leave out link units. I always thought theres no way people are going to choose to display a list of ads but here we are.

    Thats a pretty good tip. This allows more targgeted ads on sections athat seem to take forever to get some relevant ads.

    Forums can be made to produce some significant revenue. With some time, attention and patience. After two years, a blended leaderboard above or below the navbar and above the forum display is (imo) the best producing location.

    Design your page so the ad that gets clicked most... is first when you list the html code...thus the highest paying ad.

    If you're having problems getting relevant ads, add a small number of links to authorative sites on the subject (e.g. Wikipedia) using good anchor text and href titles. Put these inside a google_ad_section too.

    Build quality websites, not MFAs. If you can, code them yourself, dont use templates or custom made scripts.

    If you mistakenly click one of your own ads, don't panic. Mail google, and tell them what you have done exactly with all the information like time, ad text, target site, etc. They will cancel that click, and you will not be banned. Do not try to abuse this. They will probably won't forgive you at second time.
