I think they do hear genuine pleas of innocense, so email them with your explanation and see what happens.

So you got caught with a duplicate account after being banned once already, and all of a sudden Adsense is akin to the Gestapo? LMAO. I love it when violators get mad not because they got caught, but because they didn't get caught SOONER.

    bummer.

My understanding is you can form a company and get a Tax ID and re-enter Adsense.

Yeah, great idea. Got banned once, apply again. Got banned twice, use another way to get back in. Nevermind about learning your lesson and moving on. As soon as you get caught, just try to find some other way to get around it! Brilliant!

I never said it was a good or bad idea. You know, there are all kinds of ideas in the world.

People are re-entering Adsense no matter if it's a good idea or not.

That doesn't mean YOU have to go and give them some more ideas on how to circumvent a system they have already failed to abide by not once, but TWICE. You people never seem to understand that it's all these rampant "get around Adsense" stuff that is driving your CPC into the gutter.

I'm sure people can use Google's own search engine and find this info online without me. Or it's on this very board already most liekly in another thread.

What I said was not groundbreaking or like a medical breakthrough.

The point is, you don't have to make it easier for them. If they want to cheat, let them work for it.
