If you are using WordPress they have some great SEO Plug-ins, I use "All in One SEO Pack" it's a great plug-in.

Been using the same theme. I would suggest that you limit the number of ads spots appearing when you implement it. I only use the large sidebar on the main page (cleaner look).

i cant give you a suggestion for high CTR theme

but i can give you advice that

put your ads most commonly 300x250 and 160x600 to the uper part of your page

used a 3 column for blog template....left sidebar ads and middle content post and right sidebar for another ads

There's actually no such thing like high ctr theme.
You need to opt the trial and error policy. Try all the possible placements like large rec above the fold, link unit below the navigation etc.

It's always better to hardcode the ad unit in template rather than using plugins or theme's built-in options.

use 300 x 250 below the text title and place the same dimension in your middle body article

You mean, you are looking for adsense ready templates? It depends upon placing ads for any theme.

See the link I've given, that's the OP who gave the list to the "boring memo" theme, all white with black writing.
