How do you verify a paypal account using a vcc?

    Exactly how does this work? You buy a vcc from someone...then what? Do you have to input a name and address into the vcc? What are the chances Paypal will close your account if you do this in the States?

    I wont advise you to use vcc use cc instead. Vcc may give you tough time in future

    It is fairly easy to use a VCC for paypal account verification. But I would not advise you to do the same simply, because in the unfortunate incident of account limitation, they generally demand for a CC statement which would put you in the dock! :eek:

    What I can say you is - Never go for VCC - You better use your own Bank A/c and Credit card to verify...

    or

    It may make problems in future when you have a "hell lot of money" in your PayPal id....

    as not every one can afford a credit card, hence. We providing MDCC (a multi purpose digital credit card) which is not a VCC. just can use where visa can accepted.

    you can get an e statement(a screen shot) if needed from your account page of transactions.

    We already submitted for some limited pp accounts from France, and Spain.accepted this by PP and Moneybookers too(from India)

    and successfully withdrew pp money to some EU and Indian accounts.

    May trust us, if you exactly get a feasibility out of hassles.

    I am using VCC before and its hard especially if you need to withdraw money coz it might be questionable with paypal. You need to use CC coz its much better than VCC

    What if you do not have a cc or a bank account? I know that you can send in a utility bill or a copy of a photo id. I personally would not want to do either of these. Identity theft is a real thing, and boy can it mess you up. I do not know this through personal experiences, and I want to keep it that way. And for those who say that Paypal is a "respectable, professional company", they are as susceptible to hackers and anyone else.

    I need a VCC that can be used multiple times. Actually NetSafe cards from HDFC Bank is for single time use only. Is there any bank or method in India from which we can make multiple time use vcc?
