    VCC is no name attached.
    So you can use it at any name you wish.

    Well if your country is not supported by PayPal then no need to take risk by adding your address there. Anyways with VCC you have an option to use fae name and address then why not use that.

    Its not worth the effort if your country is not supported. Paypal will limit your a/c and ask for documentation. Use reputable third party sites incase you want to include paypal as a payment in your list.

    Yes you can definately put any address but if they ask for proof then you are in trouble , so cc is always a better option.
