How does the Reputation system work here??

I've seen some people with a train of green blocks on front of their names..
I was just curious, how to build that? i mean do you ask people to add you rep, or is it based on your iTrader..HOW?

Here in the Genereal Chat section you must have even more reputation power to be able to give green rep.

i would recomend for the site owner to have a better help section for the itrader.
it is hard to find the explanation.
but i guess they know there way it is the best marketplace
