How reputation counts points?

    I got 5 reputations and it contains total 23 points.
    I just want to know how the points are counted in reputation.

    How can I send a reputation to person with specific points ?

    Reputation scores do not count in general Chat and will show as gray blob unless given by some higher rep member

    Depending on how many rep points a person have he/she can give you varying rep points up to 10 I guess.

    You can send Reputation to other members using [​IMG] if you find that member's post useful and informative. You can't send Reputation to any member with specific points.

    Maybe using search function can prevent you from receiving negative reputation.

    This has been discussed many times before.

    I know it's not the right place, but I think the question is somewhat regarding the topic ;)

    Question- To all members who have high reputation---Was it that when the forum was brand new and fresh, people used to get green rep in general chat too? It's really a mystery to me, i mean so many rep points...how come? :) I can't see people joining in the past two years getting more than 2-3 green blocks.

    I want to know about how the title of the reputation changes??

    Like- He/She will become famous soon... etc..

    On how many points does it changes to another one.. ?? :rolleyes:
