    Hi,

You contacted us regarding a VPS in thread -> http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showth...2&goto=newpost

Yes, we do indeed allow unmetered bandwidth transfer, there is no "catch" here.

Our server is an Intel Core2Quad Q9300 4x2.5GHz Processer. We do not oversell any of our VPS accounts so this server is definately NOT overloaded.

We do not suspend you for high resource proxies. You are guaranteed the amount of RAM you purchase with your VPS so you can use as much of it as you want/need.

    Thank You,

no such thing as unmetered bandwidth, there is always a limit even if you could find a 1tbit link

have you tried contacting their team to see what's going on? and they do allow proxies according to their vps policy here:

good luck getting this fixed, might be just a mix up.

never go with unmetered or unlimited disk space or bandwidth offers, they don't exist, there is always a limit, anyone telling you otherwise is straight out lying. good luck getting your money back though

You were abusing the CPU, which is violation of our TOS.
The node you were on runs 15 VPS without yours and stays under 0.20 load, when your VPS is running it goes to 4.0+, tell me how you dont abuse the CPU?

I think the problem already solved and I think is only a miss communications here, and in the future you better chose hosting company which is "already published ,I think bigger they are, cheaper they will and easy to refund if you want it to

You're actually basing it purely off load?

You do realise load doesn't give accurate readings when using something like openvz?

Personally, I would actually check how much CPU in total they are using, not their actual load. Its easy enough to put them on a limited amount of cpu %.

You may have been suspended for high load usage i'd have thought if not other reason, proxies are notorious for eating resources both RAM and cpu.

    Agreed.

It's laughable that some hosts on here still don't know such basic things. The VPS market has blown up and kids are moving from shared hosting over to VPS hosting.

I noticed that :( installing and setting up a vps is one thing but maintaining it and fixing any problems that crop up is quite another.
