    my server just up two days, and he shut down my vps
    he;s promise to me throught pm

    in fact he suspend me, im using vps for proxy , non of TOA broken.

    You are very incorrect with your statements.

    Actually, your VPS has been online longer than that, as seen here:
    centos 69.162.*.* 280 localhost 11:29 12 Mar server1.zorg********.com 357.63 GB

    Everything from your post of my PM is indeed true, we offer unmetered bandwidth without a catch and you are guaranteed the amount of RAM for your package. However your RAM usage was not the problem, more like a misconfigured script causing your VPS to use 100% of your CPU and cause a high load.

    In fact, I suspended you because of your CPU abuse, and also you are running rapidleech scripts on your VPS which is against our TOS, which I'm sure you didn't read anyway.

    We offered to work with this client to rectify the problem, however he did not want to shutdown or fix any of his high usage scripts/domains/websites.

    i dont do CPU abuse. its clear, its all proxy site, and my proxy have taken high resource site, and im always asking about it to hosting provider,

    but im LEARN now, someone can cheat u hehehee

    already placed 2 tickets, still no answer
    contacted live help still no answer.

    "We will be transferring all of our clients from our Dallas (Limestone Networks) nodes to other nodes located within FDC Networks datacenter in Denver, CO. There will be some minor downtime while your VPS is transferred. To minimize this we would like to schedule the transfer of your VPS. We will be transferring all accounts from Dallas on April 17-20. There will not be any data loss on your VPS, however you will be assigned new IP address(es)."


    Some minor downtime means 12 hours downtime? "normally everyday your server down 10, 20 minutes, "
    Please remove this texts from your all advertisement and web contents.
    "99.9% Uptime" = 60% uptime is correct
    24x7 Support & email support , This is not true, normally i will receive response within 48/72 hours. if i contact you via MSN, your status says "Yep I am here" , but no answer!


    Normally my both websites will earn 250+300$ per day, today no sales ,2 clients opened paypal disputes (due to the unanswered) do you balance this lost?

    finally, i will give you a chance ?
    my sites need to up within 1 hour, i will remove this post!

    They could have moved your VPS over, but have you updated your domain to the new IP address or didn't they provide one?
    You are just going to have to wait until they decide to answer your ticket.
    They also have a MSN address you could try.
    Also if you do a who.is on their domain you get a phone number

    Well we never replied to your ticket as we were speaking on MSN and thought we had resolved the issue there.

    DP is not our "technical support" forum, so why even bother messaging me here?

    Normally we are down 10 - 20 minutes every day? I belive your accusation here is wrong, Sir. Otherwise there would be a lot more negative reviews (so far yours is the only one).

    No, maybe you should search google for myProHost and check our true uptime of 99.* percent from other monitoring services like WebHostingStuff (much more reliable than your personal opinion).

    You have never had a ticket go unresolved for more than 24 hours, if so, please provide proof of this, as you have none (we can paste your ticket history if you really wanted?)

    Our ticket system is manned 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. MSN is not our primary form of support (even though you think it is).

    Also, just because you dont recieve a 5 minute reply doesnt mean it is not 24x7 support, we have lots of clients, and lots of other administrative tasks to deal with being a fully managed provider.

    Most of your tickets were resolved within a couple hours.

    We would have been happy to credit your account, but judging by your actions if you do not recieve instant responses this behaviour from you will continue. As far as I am concerned you can go find another provider.

    26 hours? Your VPS went down at 11pm EST (as I was the one moving it) and it is 5PM EST now, do the math? Or maybe, get a reliable monitoring service.
    And had you had an OFFSITE email to recieve our notifications, you could have provided us the details required to get your VPS up asap. You failed to do this.

    Also did you even read our guarantee? Its 30 day money back, not 50.

    dp is not a support forum , eveyone know this. but i tried your live chat, email, phone,support ticket,dp pm you did'nt answer my query. i received your answer after this post "Now 26 Hours passed , can't wait for your answer i will restore my nameservers to old host," i expect this, you will say " we have fixed your VPS, why you restore your nameservers? " answer is i cant trust you anymore.

    well,already read your TOS twice,tell me you dont know my alternative mail address's? you know my MSN & Gmail ID also , server down past 24+ hours, but i received this mail every one hour.

    already send 2 mails (from my gmail) to . still no answer!

    you mean, you r not cosider me as a client? well!


    finally, i dont know who you are, my prohost sales manager is Mr.geoff, tell him, he know about me he promissed to me maximum uptime & 24/7 help , thats why i transfered your hosting. in my hosting experience i never face this types of big server down.
    business lost, chargebacks,lots of problems with existing clients,etc.. serious full time online marketers will understand my feel!

    this is the final post ,no more post / answers from me! i need my sites complete recent backups? send me anyway ? & i know u will never give refund, i dont like to open paypal dispute ,just donate my payments to any charity funds!

    We are sorry that you experienced such a long downtime, this was because we did not have the information neccessary from you at the time. There is no further scheduled downtime on any (out of 7) servers myProHost operates.

    You have to understand some patience on your issue is required sometimes, not all problems related to a VPS (basically a dedicated server) can be resolved at the snap of a finger.

    This industry is a lot different than shared web hosting where a lot more can go wrong.

    We go by the email on file, we have 100+ clients along with multiple staff members, how can we remember everyones personal email addresses on the side?

    At the time of this post there are no unresolved (out of your 3) tickets.

    Once again, we do provide 24/7 support, just because your ticket is not answered within 10 minutes of you submitting it doesnt mean we dont have staff working.

    This is the only extended period of downtime you have faced which was caused by us. Anything else was a minor outage for a server reboot (yes, VPS nodes need to be rebooted as well).

    We understand your frustration, but please realize we were limited to what we could do without adequate information.

    Well, for starters you have been a client for more than 45 days, which you can't file a paypal claim even if you wanted.

    Secondly why would we (or any hosting company) refund you, not 1, but 2 months of hosting expenses on a planned network outage where we sent you sufficient time to take any precautions neccessary?

    Please show me a hosting provider that will (legitimately) provide you with a FULL refund after 60 days of hosting?

    Either way, your problem has been resolved, you can do what you like with your VPS from this point on.
