Your vps comes loaded with the os you select on sign up but hyper vm gives you the option for an automated reload where you can select the operating system that you wish to use with a clean install and we add more operating systems with control panels bundled all the time. Also if you want cpanel select it on sign up and we will install it, And we do not allow anything illegal, Warez Are not allowed but for torrent flux you are free to do anything with the vps includeding adult unless it is illegaly copyrighted or distributing illegally copyrighted material. We only offer monthly signups.

If you need tech support you have to open a ticket up to our help desk at http://support.servermoment.com That is 24/7. So from what I believe you are so called completely wrong. Also yes we own our own servers how else could we offer quick provisiong and such low prices. Also we currently have 2 nodes right now and both are Intel Core2Quad Q9300 with 6 gb ram currently and 100 mbps unmetered bandwidth. There is plenty of space for everyone and we calculate all resources using the pricing we offer and we do not oversell at all. Like some other people offering 256 mb ram for $7.99 that is not possible as ram is expensive so we face the facts and offer 64 mb for $6.99 with 128 mb burst ram.

Well this is a server not web hosting. It is not much if you consider this deal, hivelocity.net offers 10mbps unmetered vps from $50 a month. As we offer it for $6.99 I think your saving a buck or too. This is not web hosting and if it does not meet your budeget I would suggest looking else where because cpanel does not offer a vps license cheaper then $15. You can check cpanel prices, If you wish on there web site. Or you can buy your own cpanel license and buy the vps from us. Either way your spending the same amount of money.
