I have applyed and have heard that your site will be index'ed quicker if a site with alot of traffic has a link to it, is this true? If so could I ask someone to help me get into the index please by hosting a link to my site at the bottom of a page, it dosent have to be vissible, just the fact that its there. Im not sure on the facts so if im wrong please explain it to me if you would be so kind

If I know those sites I would ask them to put link to me either. don't be in a dream, you need to - do link exchange with the same PR and if you have no PR you need to build the link back by other way to have some PR first. - the higher PR site than you wouldn't exchange the link with you - the higher PR site than you wouldn't give your the link back for free - So buy some good link from High PR website - submit to directories and search engines - make a google sitemap

tonyinabox gave a set of excellent tips particularly about buying "some good link from High PR website." Buying good links from high PR sites would be the fastest (and most expensive) thing to do. A budget of USD10,000 could easily buy 100 PR6 links for a month. A good investment for a site capable of making more than USD10,000/month from online sales. Regarding the link in your signature here, I'm sure you wouldn't think that your 100 postings would result in getting 100 backlinks from digitalpoint.com since Google won't indexed all of them. There was a lot of misleading claims made by sellers of MFA sites that the url of one's site on each of the 20,000 pages would result in getting 20,000 backlinks. I was a fool once. Ha, Ha & Ha. The homepage of digitalpoint.com is a PR7 but we don't know about the other pages where your postings (with the signatures) are. As an example, this page (http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=96092) has 0 PR. A lot had also being said about writing original articles and submit the same to various article directories like isnare.com. I wrote some articles and Google indicated about 60K plus pages having my articles but my site didn't get any backlinks from the article directories except a few (about 10). Google has a program called google sitemaps, it helps them index site and may posibily get you indexed faster. Its also a good tool to check if google's search bot is search your site correctly. http://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps Can you get a link to your site so I can check it out
I know some sites, that have more than 2K links from one site, but the total indexed pages of the sites (links came from) are more than 100K. jalika
you can try to purchase a link at a high traffic site in the most lowest priorty, maybe footer. usually those high traffic site have spider indexing their site frequently. you will easily get index by them too. it doesnt give you high page rank of high search rank... at least your page get indexed.
I created a Google Sitemap and found myself in the index within 5 days. Unless you know XML and only have 5 or 10 pages, you don't want to do this yourself. There are numerous free programs that will create sitemaps for you and some will even ping google to let them know that the sitemap is available. Goolge provides their own sitemap creation script that is written in Python, but I never used it.
