    Grey reps do nothing to yer. I'd guess that it came from the Politics and Religion? Well giving out reps there are just grayed out and doesn't have any effect whatsoever.

    This is so correct, I've seen this happen all the time, it's somehow frustrating and I am not talking about "reputation thirst" it's just the fact that sometimes instead of investing your time, you feel you are wasting it.

    Well, Thanks For the Support To my Words!! Yes Infact, That seems Frustrating!! I think, People should be taught of what Reputation is!!

    And they should start giving Reps instead of messages like "Wow, that is great, i was looking for this one"

    I am not going to say that I never did that myself :p , the truth is that I do not usually ask for help, but when I do, I really like to add reputation to other members I believe it's important. :D

    In fact I haven't seen that many members asking for reputation but have seen loans of helpful post without even a "thanks"... then it's not even.

    Guess it's a matter of educating members on how to use all the forums' tools.

    Just an opinion.

    Sigh.. I remember having all 10 rep blobs.

    And come to think of it I've been rather stingy in giving reps of late... not sure why... most people aren't funny enough and the helpful ones already have full rep :-/
