    Hi,

Ive recently set up a vbulletin forum and have since found out that wordpress can be used for amazing things!

I would like to use wordpress as my front page and intergrated with vbulletin. There is a vbulletin/wordpress bridge that I already have but need it to be confugured.

I would like the wordpress theme to match my forum header + footer - which I have attached screenshots. I would also like to use the same colour scheme (blue/orange).

The second part is to have it set up so it has simiar features as THIS SITE - So I would have the 2 columns.

The left colum would list the catergories of freebies and the right column would list the latest freebies.

I would like it so there is a button saying "Submit Freebie". This will present the user with a form to complete. Once the form has been submitted - It will list the freebie on the front page and also create a thread in the relevant vbulletin forum for discussion. Any comments then posted on wordpress will be transfered to the forum and vice versa. The vbulletin bridge takes care of the majority of this so only registered members can post, but it would need to be configured.

Ive had an offer from a member to create the theme for me for a reasonable price, so if your not very good at creating themes but able to create/install/set up the plugins, I would love to hear from you as well.

Ive still got my thinking cap on regarding how to make this work nicely with vbulletin - So am open to ideas as well! Another similar example of what im trying to acheive regarding functions is http://www.hotukdeals.com/

From what ive been reading, It appears something like this would be a fairly simple thing to create, however I have no knowledge of wordpress and I think its quite a big task for a beginner!

If you could send me your quotes via PM that would be appreciated.

Thank you very much for your replies :)

1 - The catergories will be intergarted with the forum. When a user clicks on "Games" for example, it will show the latest "Game" freebies in the second column.

2 - As standard, this will show all the recent freebies available, until a user clicks on one of the catergories where it will only show freebies from that catergory.

When someone clicks on "View Freebie Details" - It will direct them to the post that would have been submitted onto the forum.

I would like a "Submit Freebie" button that will present the user with a form similar to the one below.

Avability will be a choice from- Email/Website/Phone/Voucher etc
Topic - This will show up pre-defined forum sections. If a member choses "Games" for example, It will place the submitted post in the "Games" section of the forum as well as on wordpress.

A "Comments" button which will direct the user to the post on the forum so they can comment there. - An example of this is shown on THIS site.

I apologise in advance if any of this sounds confusing, I know exactly what I would like, however putting it into words is a different matter!
