FYI:Paypal Receiving Feature is now available to Philippines

    I've known this since the service began but only because another person alerted me of it. How come I didn't receive a notification from PayPal? None of my other friends did too.

    I just upgraded my Philippines Paypal to Premier status...

    I also saw the option to withdraw to my credit card was available...
