Google sent me an expensive christmas present!
I got a delivery from Google this morning. It includes a USB Hub, Flash Drive, Wireless Mouse and loads of other stuff. I got a commercial invoice - whatever that is - for $43.26, but haven't ordered anything whatsoever. Anyone else had one of these - what's the crack?

Do you spend on adwords?

The last agency I worked for spent £xxx,xxx's every week on adwords and I used to get free google crap as a result all the time - I have like 5 t-shirts at home...

They were always too tight to give me a USB drive though (Fuckers) - congrats on getting yours.

What's the mouse like? Any good?

We spend big on Adwords.

I can't tell if it's from Google or a tax invoice. The invoice itself doesn't mention Google so I'm guessing it's a tax invoice - what does that mean?

Too scared to try it out yet in case I get fired for ordering myself xmas presents with company credit card!!!! Once I know it's a free gift I'll have it away on my toes with it, but the invoice bugs me.

Bloody good gear!

I've figured it out... the invoice was to get it through customs (it was from the US) - so I'm having the lot. This is what they sent me (all Google branded):

- USB Hub
- Wireless Mouse
- 2 batteries :P
- 128mb Flash card
- headphones
- USB torch.

The stuff is well good. Almost worth £24,000 a year!

P.S - I should add that it's all in a very nice pure leather google case.

That's nice - I got a plain radio-with-lights last year, I think, but I don't spend very much on AdSense.

All I ever got was a totally pointless (but nicely designed with bright Google colors) little book on how AdSense works...

- usb gooseneck led light
- 128mb usb flash drive with wrist strap
- headset with retractable cord. has two plugs (one for mic and one for earbud) so it is for a computer, not a mobile phone.

I sold the Google radio on Ebay last year.

I've never used the thumb drive...but it looks cool on my desk.
