Looking for websites to purchase.

Hi everyone,

I am looking to purchase established web sites. I had up to $25k to invest. I am looking mostly at start-ups with grow potential. I am willing to buy a 100% of a web site. Or stakes 5% or more on websites. I will appreciate your recommendations. If you know of websites that are up for sell or looking for investor money in order to grow please let me know. I am more interested on education, financial and business based sites. But I am willing to review any other good ones. The only one I am not currently interested are. Adult, MLM & Online pharmacy.

I just got one website for sale. It was posted on another forum yesterday, so I'll copy the text here:

Age is about 1 month
Up to 100 uniques per day, as website is just launched and I'm not promoting it
No income at the moment, as I didn't place any ads yet
It requires absolutely no time (well, you may spend up to 10 minutes per day to update software version numbers if you wish)
I'm selling this website, because I'm making another website and this one is not needed anymore.
I'm selling all the content, except domain name and design (but you will get another design when buying). If your server runs cPanel, I'll give you the complete TAR.GZ backup file, all you will need to do - restore it on your server.

A little bit more info for interested buyers. As you see, website has over 3000 downloads listed at the moment and there is some space left below each download. I'm sure you know what should be placed there

Also I have another free software directory, it has only 2000 downloads and less than 300 pages indexed in Google, PageRank 0, but it makes about $5 per day from AdSense (if you are interested, I'll give you another URL, so you will see it has less than 300 pages indexed and I'll show you Adsense stats to make sure it generates income). So this new website will make about $20-30 per day from AdSense once it will get pages indexed.


I see you are looking for good investments. There is just launched reseller hosting company (don't understand me wrong, we are not resellers, we sell reseller packages). We got some customers already. If you would like to invest some money, you are welcome. We take care about servers, billing, we support customers, etc, etc.... You invest just into advertisement and get money from us every month.
