    Yes, Google Analytics, Your earnings screen shot and how many man hours it takes to update a week and how much work is it, what plugins or software is provided and how much hosting is, what script is used to manage the site, when does the domain expire. If I where to really need a site sold, this information is vital on getting a quick sale.
