site completely dropped off rankings, but shows links and pages

24 hours ago it had good rankings in google.co.uk and today completely dropped off, however commands site: and @www.domain show the same results. No critical changes to the content or metatags as well as tons of IBL didn't take place.

Is there any tool to check rankings acroos datacenters for Google.co.uk?

I have had that happen once or twice myself. It seems to restore itself within a day or two.

 

I think you will find it sorts itself out in a day or two. This happened to me a couple of time not long ago. In each case, it took no more than 3-4 days to get the rankings back. It can be gut-wrenching in the meantime though.

 

My PR4 site got dropped out of the index recently. From number #7 for 2 popular keywords to nada...

My traffic and earnings halved due to this...

Anyway after 18 days or so it came back! Now I'm ranked #4 for one keyword, and #10 for the other (but this is increasing as yesterday it was at #12).

It sucks that they have to completely remove you for a while though....

 

guys, thanks for your posts! I am seeing similar thread in this forum as well, also I noticed 4 days ago that another site was #2 and then became #1, its competitor went nowhere, but back in 3 days again to #1.
hope this will happen to my site as well!

 

im glad you said 18 days mine disappeared a week or so then all went in sup index,,, people see recovery in 3 or 4 days, however not for me ,

plus the sup index seems to let out a different page each day , and readd the one that was out the day b4

anyone else experienced this,

also like julia g traffic totally stopped..

oh well any ideas throw them at me

I'm really nervous now as it's going on almost 3 weeks for me.

 

It happened to my site too. Ranking and traffic dropped last December 30 and it went back to normal only last February 10.

 

Did your rankings come back all at once or did it happen slowly?

 

Don't worry it will go back in rankings soon.. It will take a week max.

 

It recovered within 2 days. My site gained #4 from #7 for one of the major keyphrases within a few hours, and regained #7 for the other keyphrase after 2 days.

We're not talking about the sandbox though. The site that coz removed from the SERPs for me is a PR4 site that's around 1.5 years old

 

it's definitely not the sandbox, because the site is 1999 year.

week's passed, but rankings are nowhere...datacenters show a real mess - #231 - 678 for the home page, in several datacenters inner pages replaced the home page...

 

If it makes you feel any better, my rankings came back a few days ago after being gone since Feb. 9th. Hang in there, hoping for good things for you as well.

 

it's back today with even better rankings!!!!!

after 10 days of real mess, home page was replaced by inner pages, rankings fluctuated daily...

I hope other sites are also recovering!
