    The website is up and running for the 10 months, but I just added analytics and adsense yesterday ..

    The website is using BlueSense WP theme ; this theme is listed in the The Ultimate List Of Adsense Ready WordPress Themes .. so this will maximize the revenue ..

    Actually I'm not selling the website, I'm selling the keyword ..

    We don't find a 60k monthly exact searches for such a low competition everyday ..

    10 months old, already ranked ..

    You can keep the website and earn from adsense, or simply renew it, add some pictures, maybe sell the movie DVD via amazon .. you can do a lot with it ..

    ...sorry - I don't follow - you aren't selling the website... just the keyword. Do you mean you are selling the domain only? But then you say the buyer can keep the website... which is it?

    Why don't you buy the .biz ,us ,tv and many many more and sell them for $150 each:rolleyes: what makes you think your .net has any relevance to what your saying above ?
