I didn't install G analytics .. but the website gets some hits daily because the alexa rank is decreasing regularly ...
As for the revenue, I recorded some adsense clicks ..

But since the website is new, assume no revenue and no traffic ..

The idea is to get the website ranked for the keywords I mentioned .. you only need to wait to achieve that because some work has been done already and the website will be ranked high for sure after the 3 months usual Google sandbox ..

I'm selling, first, because I need money now .. and second because I like building and designing websites .. I don't like to have many of them ..
