    I am not selling something or by any chance marketing a hosting company. I just would like to say my appreciation to Sunshell Hosting or previously was known Suntex Hosting because of their awesome server uptime and service. I have been with them for more than 15 mos and until now, my website are up and running. I highly recommend them to you guys. The server advance hardware specifications are nothing without management of REAL HOSTING EXPERTS.     But suntex hosting suspended my account for sending an announcement to my forum members through mybb forum admin panel.

    Is it came under mass mailing?
    i never heard of this.

    So far i never experienced such action from a host.
    i have four forums based on mybb with different hosts.
    But others are allowed mass announcement option in mybb.

    Both of us know, the mass mailing domain was not this one you mentioned here. It was an addon domain to your main account so the main domain will also will get suspended.

    As stated on our TOS we do not allow mass mailing site, which includes large forums sending out hundreds and thousands of mails per day. We are very strict about our TOS and that's why we are able to give 99.9% uptime for every clients as we promise. We've came to note down your site when the server load went high because of the mass mailing.

    From our records, you are being with us since 7 months and I don't remember that I suspended your site before, because there was not such server abuse from your side.. If you have a large forum which requires mass amount of mailing, I suggest you to move to a dedicated server or atleast a VPS for your site. Those sites may not be fit on a shared hosting environment.

    This may not be called as spamming since the user agreed to receive the mail. But it will be of mass mailing and mass mailing will just cause high server load.

    As I said above, we do not allow mass mailing sites which causes high server load. We host clean sites only. That's why we are able to give what we promise.


    The domain was already unsuspended when you contacted us through our support system. I recommend you to contact us and wait for our final answer before you post something on DP forum as this is not our support desk!

    How many mails per hour an account can sent will be fine in sunshell server?

    Usually I think if there is an clear rule will help a lot of customer to follow. (like 1000 a day or 100 per hour or 500 per year)

    How many do you need? What kind of emails are they going to be? I assume that you need to have a talk with your web hosting service provider about that

    They do not reply me for up to 8 days!!
    And suspend my clients' accounts without any response.
    Until now, not only all of us could not access to server, but they also do not reply any response!!
    So Terrible!! You will taste this feeling soon when you get in trouble. = =

    This is a terrible experence for a reseller.

    I believe there are other providers can do better than sXXXXXXX. ^^

    If they do everything and ignore the feeling of their clients, who will buy this kind of "Service" ?

    8 days and no response ? That's a joke.

    We always respond to every tickets within 8 hours and close it before 24hrs after finding the solution. There is no tickets pending as I can see at this time.

    If you are not our customer, you must be trying to abuse us for no reason or some reason which is in your mind.

    We do not suspend accounts without any reason. We always provide information about the suspension to the reseller when they ask. We suspend domains because of the following reasons

    Non payment
    Violation of our TOS
    Over usage/High server load
    Mass Mailing / Proxy sites

    If your domain was suspended, you can see the suspension reason under WHM - > Suspended Accounts.


    All our servers are working fine. If you think your IP was blocked by our server firewall, contact us with your IP for getting it removed from the deny list.

    WHMPHP is the one of the master reseller control panel in this world used by hundreds of other hosting companies.

    If you downgrade your reseller to shared, it will disappear from the reseller list. So you can't see it there anymore. You need to check your WHM and the domain will be there. First you need to understand certain things before you complain. Or you could ask advise about how to use WHMPHP .

    By the way .... I really have a reseller account in your server before. (quade2core server at http://69.162.66.34:2082/).

    The server is good, speed is fast but ...is bad.

    I left because I find another provider they are more friendly to their customer.

    sunxxxx do not allowed me login billing system nor login WHM anymore.
    Do you know why I need to post here? because they do not solve my all problems on their Billing System

    Good service can cause customer good feeling even though we may break your TOS.
    I also cause high CPU at Lunarpages...
    Due to their good behavior and attitude, I pay more money to solve this problem.
    We also can discuss about this... But your bad attitude could not be acceptable.

    Remember! Yep! Your server is good..
    But your attitude is bad... you do not take care of our feeling.
    I am not a new webmaster.. and experience many hosting services.
    I know which thing is right or wrong. you are the only one make me angry!!

    Now, I just wanna do one thing!
    Please give back me WHM and clients accounts for two week!
    I need to move all things from your server if existed.
    About money back, if I have done all things already
    I won't tell it anymore.
    I think this is my last require and give you one way to make this case down.
