This site is 1 week old. It has 8 posted articles and 6 scheduled. There are 38 left that can be added (they are sitting in a Notepad file). Content was purchased as PLR.

Platform:

Wordpress version 2.6.1

Aesthetics:

The theme is a gorgeous premium theme.

Monetization:

Each post has 2 affiliate links to either a Clickbank product or a CJ site using a "More Information" link.

The posts are written in a specific way where each new one builds on the previous. The affiliate product within the post is geared towards the content.

There is a 300x250 rotating banner ad in the side bar as well as 2 125x125 banners on each page.

The single post page has AdSense above and below the content. The single post page also has an additional 300x250 box with AdSense ads.

There is a page to "buy weight loss products". It lists eBay auctions related to the word "diet". I use a premium plugin but I will switch it to the free version after purchase. The free version will just display the data differently and will lose some minor functionality which I'm not using for this blog anyways.

Regarding PLR: The articles for this site were written and encouraged to use as newsletters sent out once a week. Newsletters...meaning someones private inbox. From a quick check on copyscape, very few have went the route that I have as far as using them for blog posts or on a web site.

I included a few articles quickly, then once a day and now once every 3 days so it will be awhile before the content runs out. Currently, there is enough scheduled for the rest of September giving you a cpl weeks before having to add more.

To add the other 38 would probably take an hour or two depending how fast you work and if you are prepared with tags in mind...which will give you a few more months before having to add anymore content.

 

PM's answered, yes the premium theme is legitimately included. I own the Developer's license so I'm able to sell blogs with the theme installed.

There was an inquiry about the eBay auctions page and the use of the plugin phpBay.
As mentioned in the thread, the phpBay plugin is not included. I will switch it out to the free version for you but yes the plugin is available for purchase and I will take care of the installation and configuration for you. And as someone asked: can I put in a good word and get it for free for you. I wish I had the clout I do have a 20% off coupon which will allow you to use phpBay on all your sites. Also...someone asked about customizations...like removing the eBay page altogether, changing the logo, etc. I'm open to some customizations but only if the price is right and only if we negotiate it before you bid.

Seems the blog might have been sold, I received a PM last night from babloo asking for my PayPal email to send the payment to. I'm waiting to hear back from him today to do the transfer....open for bids until the money is my PayPal account though.

I'd like to ask that when you are sending payments by PayPal that you please include the following text:

"I understand exactly what I am paying for. It has all been outlined for me at http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1023015. I also understand that there are no refunds."

This is an attempt to cover my butt in case of someone being dishonest. I heard a lot of horror stories about doing business on Digital Point and I was reluctant to try at first. Although all of my transactions have been very smooth so far, I still would like that level of security. I'm not asking for this information so that I'm not liable. I will work with you until you are happy or I will elect to send your payment back. Again, I just don't want to be taken advantage of out here so I thought I'd work that security measure in.
