So even after repeated requests, Ash has not cared to pm me , or re transfer the domain he has in hold. Hence it is clear that he is a real scammer.

Chargebacks can happen even after 2 months. Hence hold your breath till then.

She stole my domain names:

GJRF.com

Please see this thread where I dealt with her publicly.

She paid me once, took away the payment. I called her out. She then had her "partner" pay me. Now, that payment has been reversed.

The first PayPal email address used for payment was: / kellywillhite
The second PayPal email address used was: / mstearns84
The Scammers contact email and the name I transfered the names to is: / bobwilkok

Be on the look out for this scammer and do not do business with her, no matter how convincing her story.

Why so many scammers lately??

Most likely "ash" account was hijacked,he dont even know whats going on.
Why so many scammers ? Becaurse LLLL very easy to resell on other forums and collect money on dif. PayPal accounts,cash out and be gone.

 

I do not believe the hijack thingy. Its an excuse people have started using of late. I really pray that real1 and green get their domains back. Its sedo or escrow only from now on.

Frankly I did not expect Godaddy to wash their hands off this issue. Maybe you guys must forward the transaction/chargeback documents to them.

Btw I hope that ash is reported to the mods here.

 

Ash does have a pretty good record, so he's probably not a scammer to say the least. But I recommend that everyone waits til his transaction with green solved . Also it may be for your interest and the interest of the community to not give him an itrader yet, til the you can confirm he doesn't charges back.

 

I have already reported this transfer to be undone in Godaddy. Will this be helpful?

 

It is solved.. I was scammed! And I want my names back!

I reported mine too, along with every little bit of info I've found along the way. And links to all these threads, we need action. GoDaddy should be able to work with the other registrars to reverse all of these DN transfers and get the names back to the owners, doesn't seem like that's out of there power to me?


Maybe if we say that these scammed domain names are being used to support terrorism we will get some attention and action? Hmm.. A terrorist scammed me! Whoever scammed me is a terrorist, I suggest the FBI investigate into the terrorist who scammed me out of my two domain names, track him down and put him into Guantanamo Bay ! pack your bags Mr. terrorist domain scammer.. or return my names asap!

GreenGambler was also scammed. I need those names, that was my income, I was relying on them to pay my tuition and rent next semester. This sucks.
