It's very easy for admin or user to load videos. If you know the video link it takes 3-5 seconds to post video and approve it.

Not wordpress. It's not dynamic and content is provided by visitors or admin.

Surfiro: Can run on anything that supports php and mysql. Upgrades to the script happen every 3-6 months - there is no need to upgrade but usually a good idea to add new functionality. Hope that answers your question.
