    @ vnjporg the site was never his, he had the domain on his NP account, but it was always mine. I have done 9 succesful transactions... plus more at talkfreelance.com, so yes im a scammer...

    also, do you want to continue via IM? will show scan driver's license, passport, you name it...

    The bottom line is that your sale price is based on speculation. Sure, your site has potential, but at least get it to a point where you can sell it for a price you're happy with based on realistic trading standards.

    Not many people will pay more than 10-18x month rev, period.

    I'll add my 2 cents to a thread which has already had a few dollars spent!

    Its his site, he has created the site, spent his time and money (as detailed) he has given reasons as to why he thinks its an appropriate price so just let the guy sell his site!

    If you have a lower offer then send a polite PM maybe?
    Don't start arguments about why this site should be worth a lot less, its his site, his choice, if you don't like it... don't bid!
